FROM PASSION PROJECTS TO PROFESSIONAL MARKETING
My journey in marketing began in 2021 with a personal-interest Instagram page called Rockets Capital. What started as a passion project evolved into a hands-on learning experience as I organically grew the page to over 6,000 followers, with content reposted by NBA players including Alperen Şengün and Jabari Smith Jr.

Content noticed by NBA stars on Instagram.

That experience opened the door to my first professional marketing role.
In 2023, I joined Southern Ice Cream, where I began as an unpaid intern and advanced into a part-time Marketing Specialist role. I currently manage the company’s social media and email marketing, helping shape consistent brand communication and audience engagement.
From September 2024 to December 2025, I worked with the Center for Christianity in Business, an initiative of Houston Christian University’s Archie Dunham School of Business. I served first as a student worker and later as a part-time marketing contractor, supporting marketing initiatives across digital channels.
In April 2025, I joined High Bridge Books and Media as a part-time Digital Media Manager, a role I continue to hold fully remote. I provide individualized technical support and oversee the posting and distribution of content across blogs, podcasts, and social media platforms.
Across these roles, I’ve developed experience in email marketing, social media marketing, Google Analytics, WordPress, Meta Ads, and graphic design. I’m driven by using marketing to build engagement and meaningful connections, and I’m focused on continuing to deliver practical, results-driven work as I grow my career.
